OFFICE I
This office design goes beyond the conventional workspace by blending contrasting elements—"Stillness and Motion," "Tradition and Innovation," and "Destruction and Construction"—with high resolution. The interior visualizes the company's multifaceted identity: its roots in the demolition industry, which deals with the "end of matter," and its creative ventures in web and apparel, which focus on the "generation of information." The first floor represents a resonance between organic and industrial elements. The main visual features a dialogue between bonsai by TRADMAN’S BONSAI and vintage furniture from STOOP, expressing a "layering of time." Organic, curving bonsai sits atop a functional, inorganic concrete counter, creating a sense of tension and a refined Zen spirit. The selection of vintage masterpieces symbolizes "universal value"—the antithesis of demolition—and serves to stimulate creative thinking. Accents of green, red, and camel are scattered throughout the monotone space to balance modern sophistication with a youthful, playful energy. In contrast, the second floor is designed as a "place for contemplation" that absorbs light. While the first floor is a bright, reflective white space, the second floor uses low color temperatures and dark-toned walls to create deep shadows. By layering different textures such as rugged wood grain, steel, and leather, the design evokes the raw power of demolition sites and salvaged materials, elevating them into a contemporary luxury. It is a "heritage-modern" workspace that deconstructs the weight of history and reconstructs it through a modern sensibility.
